A couple friends of mine recommended this place & they were correct, this place has large portion sizes & the food is really good. I got the 3 egg omelette w/ polish sausage & biscuit; great!! Has something of an old diner feel to it which I appreciate. A good place for breakfast in Sparks or downtown Reno.

Was a great old fashioned diner food was good had biscuit with gravy. Hubby had corned beef and hash perfect place to discuss business plans. Service was very fast and friendly. Prices were very reasonable.

It is a quiet place to enjoy breakfast, but the place needs a little maintenance and renovation. It is a good place. The waitress who served us was very friendly and was always attentive. And the busser named Juan was also very friendly and had a very good conversation. What I liked most about this place is that they don't play you because of how you dress and they serve you super friendly and professional.And for the cook Mario, his food is very good.BUT THEY NEED TO MAKE AN UPDATE OF THE FURNITURE AND THE PLACE.

We accidentally found this wonderful café! We were looking for someplace to sit for a nice lunch that wasn't mass produced.Jacks was wonderful!The people here were friendly and the food was great. We had a patty melt with a house salad and a Jacks burger with onion rings.The onion rings were perfect!! Lightly battered and plenty of them. Great place for lunch.

Came to this diner during Christmas Eve and even though we were 6 people they were able to accommodate us immediately for breakfast. Our server was fantastic and was able to communicate in Spanish to those in my party who needed it. I ended up ordering the special from that morning which was chilaquiles with eggs and thin steak. It was extremely tasty I just wish I had ordered it without pico de gallo. I also ordered orange juice which I'm assuming was fresh at one point since it was bitter/sour by the time I got it. Overall great experience and I'm thankful they were open on the 24th. Would definitely come back.

I came here both days during my stay in Reno, and I have to say, this place is really good! I loved the customer service—everyone was so friendly. The first time, I ordered the basic eggs with bacon and pancakes, and everything was delicious. On the second day, I tried “Lo que sea,” which is a chile relleno, and omg, I loved it! So good! They also have organic orange juice that tastes amazing. I would definitely come back if I visit Reno again!

Super friendly staff! Yummy food. Great coffee. Perfect start to my day. I ordered the French toast breakfast with sausage and eggs. Everything was cooked up to my liking and came out fast. I came in 30mins before they closed and the servers were more than happy to take care of me. Great dining experience. Thanks!I’ve gone back a second time since first writing this review. I went in on a Sunday morning and I’m sure the entire city of Reno And Sparks must have been there for breakfast! The food was still great as was the coffee, but wait time was pretty long. I was lucky to get seated right away because I was dining alone. Parties of 2 or more had 30mins wait times, some longer. It took quite come time to get my food. Fortunately I wasn’t in a hurry and didn’t mind the wait.
